Project Delirium, Pt. II

Why part 2?

There’s been a self-titled song around that I used to expand on my rap influences. A song that was originally supposed to explain my stage name, but ended up being a Happy Clappy song … and I don’t like Happy Clappy.

So I tried again to write a song that expresses what this is all about. What moves me to make music, what “Project Delirium” actually means. Back to the roots of electro elements combined with heavy guitar rock.

Here are the lyrics:

Mayday, Mayday
All help delayed
Stuck in prison
your delirium
Voice in your head
beating you dead
Noone to come
You come undone

No, don’t need to let go
The end’s not yet to come
even if you feel numb
It’s your delirium
There are people that care
Won’t keep you dead and done
That’s why I did become
Project Delirium

People used to get me out of the pit
Wish I could give it back, just a bit
See all the people that are going insane
Music is my weapon to defeat the pain
So when I’m doing what I do on stage
My only wish is me to conquer hate
I’m not a preacher, I am not the pope
Still I’m convinced that I can give them hope
